Meet The Team

Donna D'Amato

Director of Finance & Administration

Donna was born and raised in South Jersey, graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting. Donna spent her career in finance and accounting working in for-profit and not-for-profit companies and held positions as a financial analyst, accounting manager, controller and CFO. Donna serves on the board of directors for Increasing HOPE and is a member of Charleston Leaders and Lowcountry Professional Networking Group. Donna and her husband relocated to the Charleston area in 2019. She and her husband live in Mount Pleasant with their two dogs, a chocolate lab named Kiawah and a Pomeranian named Rocco. They have three children, Kayla and Steven (twins), and their youngest son, Bobby. When they aren’t busy with family, you can find them sitting by the pool or at the beach and taking weekend trips to all the great places that are within driving distance to home.

Jennifer Meshanko

Project Coordinator

Jennifer joined the OLMCOS staff in 2012. She started as the special projects manager, coordinating special events. Her others responsibilities include HR recruitment and IT management. Jennifer is from Greenville, SC. She holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a master's degree from Valadosta State university. She has prior experience working for nonprofits, as well as local and federal government agencies. 

Destiny Draggett

Volunteer Manager

Destiny grew up right outside of Buffalo NY, and relocated to Charleston in July of 2022 to be closer to the ocean and further from the snow. She graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her MPA. Destiny enjoys learning about the community from the community, and is passionate about connecting people to resources and opportunities that will spark joy. In her free time, you can find her on the beach with a book, or at the nearest thrift store.

Jeannie Colson

Marketing & Communications Manager

Jeannie Colson was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in English in 2010. As the marketing and communications manager for OLMCOs, she is responsible for creating and implementing targeted marketing strategies to increase awareness and spread the mission of the OLMOCS. Telling the OLMOCS story through print and digital channels. When not working, you can find Jeannie hiking the nearest trails with her husband Neal and their Boykin Spaniel Eleanor, on the water immersed in the latest bestseller, crafting DIY furniture and home décor projects, searching for new recipes to try or at a Gamecock football game with family and friends – GO COCKS!

Hannah Wallace

Events and Stewardship Manager

Hannah grew up in Raleigh, NC and relocated to Charleston in 2021. She graduated from Campbell University with a BBA in international business and further obtained an MBA with a concentration in nonprofit leadership and management from Liberty University. Hannah is passionate about serving and engaging local communities while connecting those most vulnerable to critical resources. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading a good autobiography on the beach and traveling with friends. 

Tracy Middleton-Smalls

Social Services Coordinator

Tracy is a Charleston native, but spent the majority of her youth traveling with her military family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from SC State University and has 20+ years’ experience in Case Management and Social Services. Her career has afforded her various opportunities. Tracy currently resides on Wadmalaw Island and enjoys reading, poetry, spending time with family and supporting her community.

Ana Rivera

Patient Liaison

Born and raised on Johns Island, Ana has a passion for helping out in the community she calls home. Ana recently graduated with an associate’s degree in human services from Trident Technical College, and is working toward a bachelor degree in human services from Saint Leo University. In her free time, you can find her trying out different restaurants and coffee shops.

Lydia Librado-Wylesky

Wellness Center Office Assistant

She was born in Wisconsin, has lived throughout the US and at the age of 18 had the opportunity to live in the countryside of Mexico. After just one year, she returned to the US with a love for the culture and a fluency for the Spanish language. Her career includes customer service and office management and as our office assistant for the Wellness Center, Lydia handles all of the front desk and scheduling needs. Lydia is a strong-willed survivor who brings a unique understanding to what some of our patients experience each day. On her days off, Lydia can be found spoiling her four children and husband, spending time in her garden with her unique pets and helping her neighbors in need. Lydia joined OLMCOS with the passion to make a difference in the lives of her community.

Dr. Ashlee Franklin

Dental Director 

Dr. Ashlee is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, and relocated to the Charleston area in the spring of 2015. In 2007, she graduated with honors from Spelman College with a BS in biology. Later, she attended The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry, where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Ashlee has been practicing for 10 years and has worked in the private practice sector and previously served as an Area Dental Director, where she was responsible for the clinical operations of eight dental offices in the South Carolina area that focused on providing dental care to the underserved population. She enjoys serving others through her work as a dentist. In her spare time, she loves to try new foods, a good movie and traveling alongside her husband, Jimmy.  

Robert Iggleden

Operations Assistant

Robert grew up in Nottingham in the center of the UK, moving to the US in 2008 and has a background in customer service, banking and accounting. Prior to moving onto the nonprofit sector he worked for several large banks and call centers in various service and data driven roles. When not working Robert spends time going on 'mini-adventure' days out with his wife Jaimie and little boy James Patrick. 

Vonceil Mitchell

Soup Kitchen Manager

Oldest of five siblings, Vonceil was born and raised in Charleston. She obtained her bachelor's degree in early childhood education Saint Augustine University in Raliegh, NC. She has been working at the Neighborhood House location since 1991. She considers herself very independent; she never married and has no children. Vonceil loves animals and has a dog named Max. 

Gary Hamilton

Facilities Manager

Gary is a Downtown Charleston native. He is devoted and dedicated to his family as well as the work that he performs at the Neighborhood House location. Gary maintains the facilities to provide clean, safe and comfortable environment for clients as well as staff. He also enjoys art, history and music in his free time.
