Generally, in order to be eligible for services or programs at either location you can qualify in three different ways; by receiving certain federal benefits, income eligibility, or emergency situations.

  1. If the household currently receives, SNAP, TANF, or SSI benefits, the household automatically qualifies.

  2. If the household does not receive one of the three benefits listed in number one, we must verify income eligibility. We must collect information for all adults in the household over the age of 18. The household must have an income that is less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.

  3. If the household does not qualify as a result of numbers one and two, the household may qualify as a result of an emergency situation. Documentation of the emergency must be provided.
