How We Help
Holistic approach
Our holistic, case-management approach addresses the core aspects of a successful life and provides opportunities for generations of families to build sustainable skills to overcome current conditions. Those in need work with our in-house social workers to determine the root cause of the needs they face, set goals and develop an action plan for progress. This integrated approach enables us to wrap multiple services around neighbors and where we can’t, we work with community organizations to provide needed services.
Community Driven
We know that communities are the best agents of their own change. We listen to local people and prioritize the most urgent needs of the community. We pay close attention to data, research and studies regarding the areas of our mission and the communities we serve to understand if the programs we offer are meeting the needs and on target with our mission.
Our services create a foundation to promote the future success within its four pillars:
- Basic Needs
- Health & Wellness
- Education
- Career Services
Propels individuals and families toward self-sufficiency by aiding in the development and implementation of action-oriented behaviors, and where necessary, provide immediate stability through provision of basic, emergency needs.
