In order to qualify, you must live in services areas, be at or below 250% the poverty level, and must be able to present:
Proof of residency:
- Utility Bill
- Lease
- ID
- Passport
Proof of Income:
- Pay stub
- W2
- Tax return
- Bank statement that shows deposit
