Outreach Receives $150,000 Grant from BlueCross BlueShield Foundation

The Outreach’s Comprehensive Family-Centered Literacy Project has received a grant in the amount of $5,000 from Women Making a Difference, a Charleston-area “giving circle, a group of savvy women who band together to increase their giving power, and grants are supported by annual membership donations.” Read more
